Reverend Banze Kyabuntu wa Kiluba was born in a Christian family on July 30, 1973 in Likasi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Pastor Kyabuntu earned his Bachelor of Arts in African Culture
from Kamina Teacher Training College, DRC in 1997. In May 2002, he completed his Bachelor of Divinity and in May 2005 he completed his Masters of Theological Studies; both at Africa University,
Mutare, Zimbabwe.
Since he entered the ministry, Pastor Kyabuntu has ministered with the heart of a servant. His verse is, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound” (Isa. 61:1).
Pastor Kyabuntu has a passion for God’s Word coupled with a love for God’s people. He preaches about the redeeming and healing Word of God that does not compromise but transforms and liberates all human relationships.
Pastor Kyabuntu enjoys preaching, evangelism, visiting and pastoral care and counselling. His hobbies include soccer, reading, singing, bike riding, taking pictures, and travelling. He has traveled to countries such as Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa, England, Czech Republic, Senegal, and he has visited more than 18 states in the USA. He also loves listening to country music.
Pastor Kyabuntu is currently pursuing his doctorate studies at Garrett Theological Seminary, Evanston, IL. He is married to Bernadette and God has blessed them with six lovely kids: Eleazar, Hesed, Priscilla, Eliab, Obed, and Gaby.
